There is something exceptionally magical about capturing a pre-wedding shoot amidst nature’s serene wilderness. The beautiful Kyoto Garden nestled in Holland Park turned out to be ideal backdrop for the lovely couple, Aneka and Saven as they celebrated their love for one another. With nature and local wildlife working in perfect harmony; the array of peacocks certainly added a special something, it felt effortless to photograph the love and affection between the happy couple. As a wedding photographer, it’s not just about photographing a couple in the perfect light, but also the perfect setting that invites them to feel their most natural and comfortable selves. 

It felt like the perfect day to capture the couple in their most real element. With so much zen emanating in Kyoto Garden, I was able to work with ease as I aligned my relaxed photography style with the couple’s style. I look to capture the most personal moments. As the stunning couple took in the beauty of the location, my attention remained focussed on the fine details. I love being able to bring a feeling of authenticity and rawness to the photographs, after all, they are memories to be cherished for a beautiful ever after.
